Finally, we're caught up!!! Yeah!!!

Wednesday, July 10 - our second and final full day in Seattle.  Our quest for the day, a harbor tour and visits to a couple of, now don' t laugh, micro-breweries.  We first, just in time for departure, took the 11 am Harbor tour on the Argosy. Our tour guide/narrator was great and we learned a great deal that we didn't learn on our DUCK tour yesterday.  We had a chance to view the entire city from Elliot Bay and Puget Sound.  As with every other view we've had, Seattle is an absolutely beautiful city.  When we returned from the tour we walked around the waterfront, as there were several really cool places to check out.  We then went to the first of two breweries, Pyramid Brewhouse.  It's right across the street from Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners and about two blocks away from the home of the Seattle Seahawks.  We had a nice lunch, some great beer, and the purchasing of another glass.  We then decided to finish our time in Seattle at the place we began Pike's Place Market.  We did a little shopping and lots of looking.  We got a beverage from the original Starbucks, and finished our visit by a trip to the Pike Brewery, where we had a beer (a great IPA) and finally decided I thought I should buy a glass, so it goes.  We drove back to the hotel, did a little laundry, had something to eat, packed up to get ready to head out in the morning.  Next stop, Medford, Oregon.  See you then!  And thanks with your patience in getting caught back up.
